Madison Rayne vs Knockouts Champion Miss Tessmacher

Brooke and Madison trade take downs to start, and Brooke gets a drop toehold and a front face lock, but Madison rams her into the corner and drops her on the back of her head. Madison chokes Brooke and catches her with a running forearm in the corner, followed by a spinning bulldog for 2. Brooke gets a neck breaker and starts firing back with right hands, then takes Madison out with a series of clotheslines and a flying forearm. Brooke with a flying bulldog out of the corner for 2, but Madison blocks her finish and goes for that neckbreaker thing she does, but Brooke counters to a version of the Pepsi Twist for the win.

Winner: Miss Tessmacher

TNA Knockouts title Match: Miss Tessmacher vs. Gail Kim
Miss Tessmacher is first followed by the TNA Knockouts Champion Gail Kim. The bell rings and they go right at it. Lots of back and forth action to start the match. Gail ends up outside but fights her way back in. Tessmacher comes off the second rope with a clothesline and takes Gail down with a head scissors. Gail cuts Tessmacher off and drops her over the top rope.

Gail scoops Tessmacher for a shoulder breaker and a pin attempt. Gail goes back to work with a submission hold. Gail with a head scissors submission now. Gail keeps control and chokes Tessmacher with the bottom rope. Tessmacher comes back with a neckbreaker and they both go down. They trade shots in the middle of the ring now. Tessmacher with two clotheslines and a flying forearm. Tessmacher with a dropkick. Tessmacher goes for one of her finishers but botches it again. Gail laughs at her and hits a necktie neckbreaker. Tessmacher ends up on the apron and Gail knocks her out to the floor.

Gail brings it back in the ring but Tessmacher blocks Eat Defeat. Gail taunts her and smacks her. Tessmacher counters a move and rolls Gail up out of nowhere for the win and the title in her home state.

Winner and New TNA Knockouts Champion: Miss Tessmacher

Christy Hemme is at ringside to congratulate Tessmacher. She asks her how it feels to win in Texas. Tessmacher says she never thought she could be here. She says she’s overcome so many obstacles and stereotypes. She says there’s only one word to describe it and that’s epic. She says God bless Texas and celebrates with the fans.

Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling will celebrate its 10th anniversary at the “Slammiversary 2012” pay-per-view event in Arlington, Texas. This will be TNA’s first televised event from the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex area. The annual live, anniversary pay-per-view extravaganza sponsored by Direct Auto Insurance is scheduled for Sunday night, June 10, at The College Park Center in Arlington. Tickets for “Slammiversary 2012” start at $10.

Brooke Hogan enters the Knockouts locker room and says the girls are beautiful in person. She thanks them for letting them work alongside them – and says she is putting them in a 3-way match tonight to see who will be the #1 contender. They all act excited. She says (again) that they’re beautiful and says Velvet Sky will be featured in [country music performers] Montgomery Gentry’s new music video. Micky James looks pissed off. Brooke says after her match, there is a private jet waiting for her to fly her to her music video. Mickie definitely looks pissed off that she wasn’t selected.

The Knockouts are shown backstage stretching as we go to commercial.

TNA Knockouts #1 Contenders Match: Mickie James vs. Velvet Sky vs. Miss Tessmacher vs. Tara

All four women brawl to start the match, with Tessmacher & Tara getting thrown outside. Mickie and Velvet sky standing strong in the ring. Out comes TNA Knockouts champion Gail Kim. Commercial.

Back from break four minutes later, Gail was on commentary and the action was still ongoing in the ring. The action eventually came down to Velvet and Mickie James to sell a brewing rivalry over who will get attention in the Knockouts division. Tessmacher then snuck in a quick roll-up to score the win.

Winner: Miss Tessmacher

On-stage, Gail stood up and applauded Tessmacher getting the win.
